I missed the call and when I called back the recorded message said "its John Cleese here...." I hung up. Clearly some PPI or some such marketing company. I blocked it on my phone. Now when they call I don't say anything, I just leave the line open on my desk or near the TV if I'm at home until I hear the tinny voice shouting hello hello hello and then they hang up.

Same as above, I had a lawsuit against me and my home was under surveillance. I did not return the call. I agree with some of the comments above that this could be frightening call to receive if you are not as cognisant of scam calls.
