Scammer with South Asian accent pretending to need to clear a virus from my computer (as previously noted). Clearly spoofed the number because calling back gets you the "number unobtainable" solid beep.
Government - said HMRC had issued a warrant for my arrest due to non payment
Automated call SCAM
PPI/Bank Charges claim company. Latest one is Endowment Policies. Aside from just hanging up, I find the best course of action with these guys is to just lie to them. Give them made-up details so they waste their time with fruitless nonsense. Tell them you paid PPI on a Swiss bank account with ?10m in funds given to you by a Nigerian prince. Keep calm and tell absurd lies, and this kind of call actually starts to be a lot of fun!
SCAM. This caller is automated and says that you have committed a crime and are suspending your security number. Do not comply with this number as it is a scam.
