Rang my 85 year old mother who has got dementia and told her they would cover her tumble dryer for £50 but immediately took £175 out of her account, rang them today (2days) later to ask for her money back and explained about her having dementia and she doesn t need cover for her tumble dryer to be told they would not discuss with me and they needed proof of her dementia , lowest scum on earth robbing the elderly , I hope it happens to your mother / father

Spam call
I received a fraudulent message from this phone saying that a payment had been authorised to a Mr C JONES from my HSBC account. Since I don't bank with HSBC (and this is the second scam message I've had today - the other one was saying I'd set up a payment to Mr C Jones) it's highly unlikely. How do these people sleep at night? Utter scum.
