Said they were calling re me wanting to change energy provider. I asked if they had received anything from me asking for this call, caller went quiet and hung up.

No one reply when answered, sounds of call centre in background, before self ending. Calls at least weekly. Probably Telemarketer violating UK mass call laws (do not make calls when no agents are available to speak to those who answer)
