Asked for a director who has left the company, then requested to speak to someone with my initial and last name. When I confirmed that they had the right person without giving my name they told me they were calling fro Quadrangle on behalf of Royal Mail to survey their services. Advised I was busy and to try me later in the week. They agreed. So, not entirely convinced either way.
