I am getting these calls several times a day. My phone shows the calls are from Egypt and the caller says they are from I love my offers. I hang up.

No idea who this is. Answered the phone, heard call-centre noise in the background. Someone said hello twice and then hung-up.
This number called - I picked up the phone but did not speak. After 5 seconds the call was ended. I searched for the number and found reference to it on funnumber.in which has been mentioned against other numbers on this site. I suspect the call was spoofing the number and would have been one of the standard microsoft/openreach scams if I had spoken to one of their operators.
