The number is from a bunch of Indian call centre scammers pretending to be from the government. About national insurance
Made the mistake of answering an online ad re PPI and my mobile has been ringing 2 to 3 times a day ever since. Number blocked on my mobile and have informed them to remove my number from their database and that I am TPS registered. Hopefully they will now get MY message.
