They assured us that if I signed form that we would only have to pay after we received a case No ....inferring that the issueing of a case number by the Valuation office would be proof that we would get a rebate. Paid ID Consultants Ltd £450, after having been called advising that I was entitled to rate rebate from 2010 was dubious about this Company (gut feeling) but after a few conversation they managed to convince me otherwise and I parted with the monies. BIG MISTAKE - take monies and then leave you high and dry!!!! i was taken in by idc, they said i had overpaid my business rates by £10,000 and they could get it back. i paid them £50.00 + vat.after 8 months i received a letter from them, stating i was unsucessful in my appeal.igot someone else to look into this matter, and i was imformed that idc had lodged an appeal but withdrew it 2 days later !!. i live close to bolton, and i have told them that i will be popping into the office to speak to someone face to face

I did neither as this automatically tells the criminals they are ring a genujine number and will continue to plague. I note from above it is a premium rate service which means once you have pressed either selection you could get charged some exhorbitant amount payable to these scammers.
