i have complained about this company 3 times now to the banking ombudsman, i have also reported them to the credit services association, and the financial conduct authority they keep saying i have not stuck to my payment plan i had agreed with barclays, even though i have and have sent off copies to prove it, if you are in the following situation with link financial outsourcing you need to complain to the above regulators and hopefully something will be done

SCAM Claiming I have a £63 refund on hold with a link to 'process immediately'. I don't have a Sky account of any sort & have recently had similar messages from a different number regarding a different amount but still to do with Sky.
