A text message from this number asking who I am, and claimed I had called them earlier, which was not the case. They message back asking for my name, I ignored this text too.

Dry Cleaner in Manchester (Spring Clean). The actual cleaner (I left my coat via a local staffed launderette) calls before cleaning when they find holes or similar in clothes in case they might get blamed for them if the person didn't know. They do this even when the damage is very obvious - it's their management policy. SCAM Called to offer IVA Debt Relief. Claiming to be from a company called Citizen Capital. Stated my name was sent to them from the government as someone who needed debt relief. They wouldn't accept that I didn't need help and I wasn't in need of debt relief - let alone an IVA!
Rip off. Wanted to contact my credit card company so searched for number on line. Clicked a link through and ended up being charged over £9. Cross with myself for being lured into this.
