Insurance company, saying I had an accident claim, which is very difficult as I have never had an accident.
This number calls us regularly, always asks for a certain person (I guess they think he is the decision maker), never says where they are from, and when they are told that person is not in the office they say they ll send an email (they never do) and hang up.Really haven t got time to pick up the phone to these timewasters!!!!
Possible scam! Message received from this number said: RoyalMail: Your package has an unpaid delivery fee of £2.99. To pay please visit royalmail-packagehelp.com. If not paid, your package will be cancelled. The post office website does not end in .com and text message communication from the post office does not come from a standard mobile number- I think.
Fraud. Said they were from Amazon Prime and that money would continue to be taken from my bank account unless I cancelled my subscription. Told me that I should press 1 on my keypad if I wished to speak to a manager. I do not have an Amazon Prime account. This is a total scam!
