After 3 or 4 calls a guy who said he was calling from Microsoft about my computer being hacked, he wanted me to do something on my computer which I refused. A further two calls each getting more serious then a supervisor Ryan gave me more guff saying they told me the serial number how would they know that if they were not genuine. They are very persistent but don t fall for it.

DANGEROUS Scammer saying he is calling from BT about my internet connection problems. These calls are always a scam. They often know your name and address, so can sound legit. Usually they want you to go online then give them control of your device. They can then get information stored on the device. Banking info, passwords etc. All this under the pretence of helping you. Looks like this is a new number they re using. DEFINITELY BEWARE

Calls my number at least 6 times a day, trying to collect debts from PayPal. I have never had a PayPal account and I definitely don?t intend to set one up now. When I explained I wasn?t the person they were looking for the woman started name calling and kept ringing back every time I hung up.
