Telemarketer selling new windows & doors: Asked if the windows & doors were over 15 years old and claimed to be from "Thermal Homes" when asked. I asked where they got my number and was told I was on the "National Database" - although she couldn t tell me anything about the "National Database". I told her she should NOT be calling numbers on the Telephone Preference Service list (although she didn t seem to know about that! Said she would remove my number from their calling lists.

Call was from VERY.co.uk regarding the purchase of an item I had recently made. I was asked if I wanted to buy an extended warranty. I replied no thank you and to be fair, the caller was very polite and immediately accepted my response with no further hassling or questioning.
