Keeps leaving a voicemail after the call. Voicemail cites the number that called and advises not to disregard the message as the matter at hand is time sensitive.

Claiming to be from the National Accident Database (aren t they all?) and calling from a local number, these people do not take no for an answer, calling multiple times despite being told I was not interested and had had no unclaimed car accident claim. Strangely when asked for their company registration number they hung up.
