Fraud Call centre, pretend to be "running security" for Virgin Broadband, call to say they have "seen problems on the line". When I told them I wasn't on Virgin, they waffle on about how they do the security for all broadband suppliers, because Virgin supplies the lines for them all. I told them I was on Grain, and then they just imediately hung up. Obvious fraud scam.

SCAM - Domestic Care Ltd. Claimed I had a warranty for cooker, fridge & washing machine & it was due for renewal at £229 instead of the £320 that I apparently paid last year (I did not). Caller, Asian lady, very persistent that I did have a policy & was due for renewal. Even quoted a policy number & that I'd paid by c/card (I didn't). Rehan listened, was patient and understanding, she provided relevant feedback with clear a explanation and was so courteous and professional! SCAM. This number is recorded message saying amazon prime £79.99 is due to take out of your account today . Press 1. DO NOT as amazon prime is £79.00 and i paid it 6 months ago. Plus theyve rung me 3 times this week. If you press 1 theyll ask for your bank details to 'ensure you DONT get charged' but theyll empty your account instead. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT
