Scam saying it is virgin media about my internet. I don't have virgin broadband.
They have rung a number of times stating I need to pay a debt for pay day loan for which I am apparently a guarantor for a former employee. They threaten court action in next two days. They went silent when I asked where my court papers are as you cannot start proceedings without them. They are crooks and I have reported them and the former employee to the police and Actionfraud.

Said identity had been stolen, then asked for personal details name address nat. Ins number etc once questioned about who it was put phone down, rang back got answerphone asking to leave your details!
