This phone number has some how charged me £41 for the call I never maid
polite lady wanted me to invest in something called xd no calls number and said would remove from her list. Sounded like strong glasgow accent! (I have relitives from there)?

Called me saying they are the Carphone Warehouse and were trying to get me to buy laptops, phones and tablets. The line was pretty rubbish so I'm not sure if this was a scam as I'm sure the Carphone Warehouse don't just randomly call up numbers.

This is a Indian "scammer" pretending to be "Fraud Department" or "Cyber Crime UK". He uses fake names Smith, Alex. They have sent a fake email to my grand father and luckily I saw the email. These guys are fraud. I reported it to the police.

Did an online quote for business insurance which returned zero results and said theyd need to call me to discuss the policy needs further All I wanted was a rough idea of a guide price Not to end up on someones call radar

SCAM - used for the classic 419 scam of "You have inherited £1,000,000" and then asking for transfer fees. this number is for a Fake Bank where you can enter a PIN and it will tell you your supposed balance of millions.
I answered it sounds like a call centre then they put the phone down and try and ring on a number with the last numbers different.
Call from HM office
Says 'please hold the line' and puts you on 'hold'. Just hung up, very likely a scam
SCAM it is time the government did something about these types of phonecalls. It is time to put a stop to the harassment and potential danger caused by them.
