SCAM - Automated call claiming to be from Amazon, telling me that my Prime subscription has now been charged £95 for the year and to Press 1 to cancel. I hung up and blocked the number at that point. Checked my Amazon account online, nothing has been changed.

Have had 4 calls on 30/06/23 and 2 on 05/07-23 - do not know anyone in this area and am concerned as to how they got my number - have reported to Ofcom
Government TAXES / HMRC SCAM
Automated calls, indonesian (or turkish, albanian?) LOTTERY SCAM offering "Deals" and "prizes to win" at changing amounts of 50%, 65% or 70% and so on - no clue what kind of stupid money-eating business is behind the number - Best one can do is ban the number, unless you want to get ruined. Fraud SPAM SCAM This number will make friends with you and then they will pull you into uk.jloop-pro.com This will creating a vicious cycle where they will get you to invest money through a online scam. Slowly you will be ripped off your money I have added the other numbers as well to stop people from getting conned. BEWARE
Private number
Claimed to be from an insurance company wanting to renew an annual policy with a discount . I didn't recognise the details of this policy and I became suspicious when they asked for my bank details . When I refused to give these the called became irritated and annoyed so I said that I was not giving out anything over the telephone . Received several more calls which I ignored . Eventually answered the phone to be told that he was the senior manager . Again I refused to give out bank details , which they s

man with Indian accent claimed to be from my bank, but when asked 'which bank?' he hung up
SCAM Phoned claiming to be o2.. Sounded very dodgy
01224462015 = Cold Callers. Phone then you hear noise (them getting an answer from any of the other random numbers they call means they hang up on the rest) then they are gone. ABSOLUTE SCUM.
Spam
Fraud Caller says they are from the fraud department of your credit card. They then say they are checking on a suspicious transaction which is bogus of course. They say they will block the account but only once they email you a one time pass code which they want read back to them. It’s a scam and was confirmed by the genuine fraud department once I called them.
