Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20814457xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident management services - classical "non fault car accident you had", insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
Scammers, don't be suckered in.

This is a company offering debt right offs, probably IVAs or similar. They called a 2nd time with automated message, 10 mins after the first ring (which hung up)
