They called a few times and hung up when I answered. Then they called again saying that they needed my expiry date on my credit card. I wasted their time until they hung up.

Said they were from the Internal Revenue Service and that there was a warrant for "your arrest". No names.

recorded message said that call was from BT and that my landline and internet contract would be terminate unless I called a certain number...I put the phone down!

15 calls in 2 days and every time I answer they hang up. Number now blocked!

They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. These people call me twice a week without fail telling me i ve been in a road traffic accident - so annoying. I thought new GDPR rules made this kind of cold calling illegal

Had yet another call this morning, message left on the landline answering machine. I have asked repeatedly for my number to be removed because they are asking for someone that isn t me. Every time they say they will remove my number, it goes quiet for a few weeks, then starts all over again. I ve had the same number for 16 years and have told them this, but they still keep calling.

I have had over 40 calls from these people on their new number 0161 939 7225. These scammers are trying to get you to claim PPI and will not take no for an answer. They called my mobile a month ago and I strung this chap along for over 8 minutes since it was a landline to mobile call, thinking that they would pay a lot for the this scam call.
