We have to be ready to answer our phone whenever it rings in case it is our elderly mother needing us, so we can t turn the volume off. Even if we let this number go through to the answerphone, it has still disturbed us at all hours simply by ringing out.

Called and left a message, said his name was Shawn and he got my number off a CV jobs board. I called him back, he said he had researched the company I worked for then started to ask about company turnover and structure. I stopped him and asked why he was only interested in my present company and not me, did he have a role in mind. He said no, and would send an email to confirm his identity but never did. SCAM.

Yet another nuisance call. We don't answer anonymous calls but leave them to the answering machine. If they have a genuine reason for calling they'll leave a message. This one didn't as is true of nearly all such pests.
Caller is talk talk, i phoned them to try and sort out a switchover to fiber broadband from standerd, this is a personal number from a talk talk call center they used to get back in touch with me when i asked the lady who delt with my switchover if she could call me back later, so i could talk about the price in private with my girlfriend. Very helpful and informative. No problem or hassle from this number.
