This phone number showed up on my t-mobil account attached to my name they charge me a 20 dollar fee as well as 3 and some change for late fees. This line is not connected to my actual account but shows up and charges me every month

Called from Citizens advice group. I questioned the male caller with a south Asian accent in some detail. He was very helpful. They were calling about debts and he asked what debts we had. I asked him where they got our number and he replied FCA ????????????. I then asked him for the person or department name as I have previously worked with FCA in the past, he didn’t give it to me. He was very polite and said he couldn’t continue. He also said they weren’t authorised in the UK!

apparently from my bank re 2 fraud transactions on my account. never say which bank. i was supposed to click 1 or 2 depending on my answer, but walked away and left phone as I knew it was a scam. my banks never use a mobile number and would contact me via their apps or a landline which I recognise
There was a recorded announcement of two misuses of my credit card (one of them Tesco). No mention of who was calling. A recorded announcement asked me to "press 2 and hold" to speak to customer service. A male voice with a strong foreign accent then asked me for my personal details. When asked what bank he was from the phone went dead.

This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. Claiming to be calling from the "UK government" and "track and trace" asking about vaccination status and whether I've received a "vaccine certificate". Asked about the purpose of the call, she said it is to update my records. Informed her that is very interesting as the UK government does not issue "vaccine certificates" as it is all held in the NHS app. She then terminated the call. Suspected scam call beware.
