Company claiming to be called Consumer Advisory Group. Nothing comes up on a Google search. Assuming they are data harvesting. So have blocked the number.

Scam very abusive rang our coffee shop saying they are from the complaints department, and that they are going to cut our gas and electric off, when told no, he got very abusive shouting and ranting saying you are stupid woman, we said yes we know and he continued rantibg at us, after putting phone down and telling him where to go, he rang back and started again, we just put phone down so he was wasting his time

Have had several calls from "Excellent Life", displaying different numbers including 02036096500. Always ask for me by name. Sometimes they give an address and ask if it s correct, but don t do anything if you give a different address. First question is always "are you working or retired?". If I give a vague answer ("I m an enumerator, what would you call that?"), they go on to the next question, always "what is your age group?". They hang up when I refuse to answer. My guess is that they are collecting
Three calls for same number in one day, first call the advisor claimed to be from BT, obviously not. A scam on the broadband. The second and third calls were automated messages re an amazon prime account that they were taking money from my bank for. All nonsense, I did not press 1 as that is when you can be scammed. The fact that the same number claims to be from 2 different companies is all you need to know to confirm a scam,
