Texts and calls constantly from this number for the past two days threatening to disconnent service even though o2 themselves have already given more days to pay my bill. Be careful this is definately something dodgy.

Number called both mobile & home phone claiming to be from BofS, used my name & asked for date of birth which wasn t given. When asked nature of call was told "bank account query" but refused to elaborate but said I could contact branch to verify. Contacted BofS customer service from a third phone and was informed it was a scam
I missed this call. I called him. Person on the other line introduced himself as "Accident Management" team member from a company called "Financial Advisor"...
