Claims to be from Google adwords but gets really sketchy when you push to verify this. Never been rang from Google on anything ither than an 0845 number. Very suspect.

This is a Scam. Do not answer.
Had a call from this lot, the usual questions about age of boiler, age of householders etc. They were very reluctant to identify themselves, claimed to be the Energy Advice Centre, Eurocentral, Motherwell, then reluctantly provided their phone number as 01224 515444 (not a Motherwell number but Aberdeen) Tried phoning them back on this but it is an answer machine which doesn t allow you to actually contact them. Suggest at all costs avoid them.
