Automated call saying they were Amazon Prime and were letting us know that the "free trial was over and £39.99 would be taken from our account. Press 1 if you would like to speak to us.' Unusually for me I did! When asked what name the account was in they gave my partner's name. I advised that I would speak to him. Contacted Amazon who know nothing about this number and confirming that my partner does not have Amazon Prime. THIS IS NOT AMAZON PRIME!!!

If you answer there s no reply. It s a premium rate number so costs to phone them will vary with service charge from the caller and access charge from your telephone supplier. You have to be suspicious.

Keep getting calls but no message or when answer nobody on the end of the phone, it is a company DIRECT RECALL LTD When I tracked down a freephone number they said it was about a car warranty that I had took out - I dont have a car! They have supposedly removed my number
