The caller said that they were from the National Grid and needed to change my meter. Apparently it is malfunctioning. This is a prelude to trying to get my bank details I thin; I didn't hold on for long enough to find out.
Caller said he had a missed call from my number, and he definitely didn't, so not sure if dodgy or not.
Safe number, Friendly number Information : The number is for an Opticians very efficient, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend, they will call clients back if they have had an eye test to remind them they need a check.

Call center for Learning Curve . They have your number if you have ever searched or done the starting process for one of the 'free Level 2 courses' with government funding. The company are legit BUT beware the 'free' government funding claim - it is funded, but, from your adult learning grant which is means tested, they need all your income details etc and a £125 fee if you do not complete the course.

SCAM - A man called "Mark Ryan" claiming to be from Derby County Court with a High Court Writ out against your business for an unpaid amount of almost £4000. Threatening to be at the business property within 60 minutes to seize goods if payment can't be made. Made it sound as though he was trying to save himself the journey.
