There is a lot of scaremongering on this thread. Just call it back and you will find it is Lloyds Banking Group collections. I m sure if you rack you brains you will have a reason for them calling you - over your overdraft limit, payment plan expired etc.
Said from Three mobile but refused to use my name or passphrase. Obviously a scammer because he kept talking over the top of me even when I told him that genuine callers treat customers with respect!

Call centre… “FINANCIAL ADVICE SERVICES applied before. Call to confirm my identity on the application”, really?? No. I didn’t. No investments. No online.
Called on behalf of O2 network. They can reduce my bill by 50%. I'm not with O2!!
