This is a scam number saying my national insurance number had been compromised at the northern wales border, and to press 1 before the fraud office takes action against me. Obviously phishing 1 - never heard of NI number being used to de-fraud 2 - if it were true, I would expect a computerised voice to call me with IVR options 3 - If you ever did get an official call it wouldn't be a computerised voice from a mobile number.
