American caller who addressed me incorrectly calling me by my first name but putting Mr before it. Phishing for information to con me I reckon. This number cannot be phoned back either
Claim to BT open reach and want to fix errors and suspicious activity on your computer and try to get you to make changes to your computer so they can access. Be aware ask for you BT account number to be given to you or ask them to email you to your BT account then phone goes dead.
