From my research this number is a GENERIC PHONE NUMBER USED BY NHS HOSPITALS IN LEEDS - LGI HOSPITAL IN LEEDS, AND YOU CANNOT PHONE IT BACK. DON T KNOW WHY THEY DON T LEAVE A MESSAGE IF YOU HAVE AN ANSWER MACHINE, IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL IF THEY DID!!!
