SCAM regarding social housing repairs. I had the same call on a different number last week

Fraud SCAM Pretended to be from O2 saying I was randomly selected to have my bill reduced. Told me the call would be followed by text messages with the details. Could not confirm they were from O2.
TAXES / HMRC I going to be convicted for fraud. I said god hates you drop dead. Reply goodbye so odd a live call.
Said therecwas transactions for large amounts of money from my accout and to press to orthoris or another number to cancel transaction
Saying they from O2 but when calling to via official line they say this caller is not O2

Called twice when phone answered no one responded
Threatening
I received a voicemail from this number today. It went on for at least several minutes (I hung up in the end) and it was just an assortment of inaudible strange noises. Very weird.
SCAM Have had numerous calls from this and variations on this number. All from Indian people pretending to have British names (Ellie, Ian, Simon, Brian and Rachel are a few) Claiming to be calling from 'The UK Citizen Adwice' and asking for details of my 'debt' (I have none)
My number on contract with o2 taken over by fraudster. O2 cancelled the number but it has been used in attempts to access my credit cards. Also possibly being used as a debit card app. number. Police and Action Fraud are aware.
I didn't answer. No message left.
