Recorded message promoting the Government Boiler scheme. For more information press 1. Immediately transferred to a person with a very strong asian accent, quite difficult to understand. When asked which country the caller was phoning from, the caller put down the phone. Suspect a scam and worried that by pressing one I might have been transferred to a premium rate call.
