Caller offered free insulation and claimed to be a Govenment Advisor she was very coy when I asked if they were a Government Agency though truthfully answered no. This was the second time they have called and I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take me off their marketing list the first time.

Fraud, claiming my national insurance number has been compromised or something along the lines. It's a robotic female voice, not an actual caller. Don't trust them, if something like that happens, HMRC would send you a letter, maybe an ufficial email, not call you from a private phone number!
In the beginning it sound like a scam but after i went to the process i found this a trustable company.I was offered the money as being told

Just called, didn't speak then hung up. Tried calling back constantly engaged.

call back scam claiming to be amazon prime.
AMAZON recorded msg said Thank you for renewing Amazon Prime you have been charged 79.99 for annual membership. If you have a query press 1. (press 1) A man immediately came on the line saying How can I help you? I believe this to be a scam offering a refund (not expected) and ended the call.
SPAM Not happy having calls from any companies as I never opt in for calls. Also registered with TPS...

Very annoying couldn't understand person as they had a very strong accent. Wouldn't take no for an answer as I hung up.
