young lady says she was calling from the pensions review?? she was giggling while speaking to me and then when I asked her to remove my number from their calling list and advised her it wasn't the best idea to call people while laughing down the phone she said 'I wasn't!' I told her I could hear her laughing and so she said ok bye then but then shouted RUDE down the phone before hanging up!
