received phone call ,was quoted for life insurance.before i had decided if i wanted the insurance i was asked for my bank details,i refused,the guy i spoke to would not take no for an answer so i hung up.
O2 aparently wanted to offer me a contract. Wanted not only sort code and account number for direct debit but also long card number and cvv off card obviously im not giving 1 peraon all that info about my bank so asked for name and number i would call them back to verify they were who they said they were. Said outgoing line only but could tell me last few top ups and offered to send a text to prove who they were i told them not good enough i have an app on phone that can put any name i like on a text he was

By the look of the searches being made now for this number it would appear that another scam is raising it's ugly head. Research shows that this is the area code for Banbridge, a suburb of Belfast and I most certainly do not have any connections with anyone in this area.No message left on answerphone so you can draw your own conclusions from that.
