"Fake fraud call. Said HMRC had a lawsuit against me, and that my house is under surveillance. They then proceeded to tell me not to ignore and then to call their number back immediately. This is the nastier side of scamming and fraud automated calls. Blocked."

I don't have BT services and said so but they then quoted Vodafone and EE using this service as well. "Called by this number on house phone and asked for me by name. Asian female saying that she was calling to inform me that I would not be getting any more cold calls. As soon as she said BUT I needed to do - never got to hear the rest as I asked why she was calling me then and not to call again (sorry didn’t say it nicely)????"

"Automated message from them saying they were paragon about the accident I was involved where I was innocent. I didn't say anything and as it is automated it just hangs up. Added to my blacklist. With GDPR they shouldn't be calling now. If you do end up speaking to someone quite GDPR at them and then see how quickly they want to speak to you. They have to divulge now where they got your number from."

He then gave the usual speel about my internet connection was faulty and he needed to connect to my PC. I then said " please contact our IT department if there is a problem" He said "oh is this a business numbers" I said "yes I told you at the very beginning it was a business number" Guess what he hung up... I tried to call him back to say is he aware of the price. To be hit with the numbers not recognised. So I googled it and found it to be a spam caller number . This pisses me off and the phone companies should be putting a stop to these type of calls period ...."

Just received a call from this number from an articulate young man who attempted to argue with me when I questioned who he was and shouted over me rather than listening to what I was saying. It was apparently something to do with green energy and saving me money. I said I did not deal with cold callers and asked him not to ring again as he could not save me money as my energy bills are fixed but he said I did deal with cold callers as I had answered the phone! It was altogether a very unpleasant call.
