Had an automated call from this number stating it was from Amazon. I ignored it. The female voice had an American accent. On looking up this number it appears to be from a car valet enterprise valeting service in Saltash.

Unsolicited call offering me windows at cost after I posted a bad review on Facebook.
Probable scam - calling repeatedly automated voice suggesting there has been illegal activity on broadband line and account will be cut off - press 1 to speak to an "executive advisor". Never actually mentions name of broadband provider - assume pressing 1 would either trigger premium rate call (in which case straight fraud) or I'd get to speak to a scammer in person.... Sometimes automated message doesn't play and call just disconnects.
This mobile number sent out a text purporting to be from Royal Mail: Royal Mail: Your package has a £2 shipping fee, to pay this now visit: https://royalmail-redeliveries.support If you do not pay, your package will be returned. Pretty sure it’s not legit. Avoid.
