I have already reported this number. It is the dialling code owned by mobile provider Hutchison 3G UK Ltd. I do not know the ID of the phone number 874428 other than what garbled message I've heard suggests it may be from India. I'm unable to make a connection but Hutchinson's have an Indian call centre; from a limited number of reviews it seems Hutchinson's don't have a very good reputation as a provider of services.

Its website is clearanswer.co.uk. Contrary to what is said by some on here, 01482 489655 is emphatically NOT an EE contact number. Never has been. Never will be. Dangerous fraudulently claims to be a buy your home agent. But asks wrong questions, appears to be trying to get details on a third party. Apparently uses a credit checking database to get details of people who might know the third party even remotely.
