It is Blue Build Energy , a solar panel sales bunch.. Unwanted calls. If I wanted solar panels that can barely charge a car battery, but cost @?5,000 I d ask for them! Or better still book myself into a looney bin..
keep getting calls from this number think its scammers as they put phone down when answered

This number keeps calling. Sounds like a pub background, with nobody speaking into the phone. Druggies, I imagine.
