The usual early morning silent call from a fake number, zero chance it was anything other than a poorly thought out scam.

Call received (in UK) from (00)643227273297 on 15.07.20. Male caller (with S.Asian accent) said he was from BT OpenReach and that there is a problem with our BT Internet. I asked for the name of his manager, and he put the phone down. The call is slightly concerning as the number is located in S.Island, New Zealand (Christchurch) where we were on holiday earlier this year. Seems likely to be a SCAM.

Phoned 11 times today already, my phone automatically picks this up as a harassment call. they have left two messages and each one is just someone putting the phone down.
