Fraud - purports to advise on an arrest warrant, says it will freeze national Insurance number and bank accounts, as tells you to "press 1 to speak to the case officer".

I am confused by this. I recently received a call from this number about an annual service booking; the woman at the other end knew my name but wanted me to confirm my address and postcode, which I did. I agreed to a suggested date and time, and she tells me that I will be getting a call on the day to confirm. I then receive a text to confirm the appointment, and directions to the BG website to cancel or amend. Logging onto the website, I can see that there is indeed an appointment booked in my
Perfectly ok. Plusnet, I was on a call which dropped they called me on my landline a few minutes later.

Automatic reply stating dialled a incorrect number
Have had several calls from "Excellent Life", displaying different numbers including 02036096500. Always ask for me by name. Sometimes they give an address and ask if it s correct, but don t do anything if you give a different address. First question is always "are you working or retired?". If I give a vague answer ("I m an enumerator, what would you call that?"), they go on to the next question, always "what is your age group?". They hang up when I refuse to answer. My guess is that they are collecting
