It s CRS...I ve had ongoing issues with a contract which expired (Car insurance) and they said it continued which isn t the case.(haven t signed anything for it to continue in the first instance) I m seeing them in court! They re debt collectors on behalf of other companies. They re only doing their job, but unfortunately the company claiming I owe them money lied. Other than that, they re very approachable.
