They start off asking for someone else and when told that they have wrong number, they try to engage you in a conversation about something new and digital. I have reported to TPS - best not to answer as it sounds like a hard sell tactic, probably a scam. I would really like to know how they get people s mobile numbers?

mobile phone rang 3 times from this number no one answered. Tried to ring it back but kept coming up cancelled. Happened today Friday 3rd November between 5pm and 6pm
Hangs up when I answer.
