Automated message telling me my visa debit card was used on £900 online shopping and to press 1 if it wasn't me. Needless to say number blocked.

Missed call I called straight back and a message said that the phone had been switched off.
Why does this number call me - I live in SWEDEN! Fraud? Telemarketing? I don't know, number is blocked.
