I received 3 calls in a day. I Googled the number and saw this and other threads. The girl said she was called Sophie Joyce (surname given after I questioned her for it) and the company she was working for was Outspire Insource on behalf of EE. Started trying to sell me some new deals. I revealed that I had Googled the number and had read that a number of people had posted to say it was a scam. In that situation, if it was a proper company acting as they claim then I d expect the other person to deny it was

After google searching and reading all your comments I ve blocked this number. Have had 3x missed calls and no voicemail so can only assume it s the same person/people... Never ever ever give account details over the phone people... No matter who it is... You don t know who they are or who is listening! Thanks for making your reviews!
