Seems to be used for some really wide-scope telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 118328xxxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with very sophisticated robocalls, sometimes classical RTA - ''you have been in a car accident'', sometimes Microsoft support - general computer support, in most cases unsolicited. Silent call yesterday. Today calling as my EE phone contract could be renewed by them. Not on EE and never was! Scammers like this should be stopped. Internet and phone crime should be a target for law enforcement.

I ignored the calls to my mobile thinking they would eventually stop. After 4 (FOUR) weeks of them calling between 3-5 times a day I eventually rang them on a recorded landline to tell them to stop ringing my mobile.
