I have earlier received several text messages they are Gladstone Brookes, but I refused to respond because I knew the PPI claim windows has closed since Aug.2019. The text messages asked me to call them back to complete a claiming they are currently investigating a PPI claim for me. I later receives call from this number 2-4 times daily without response to them. I just pick-up their call today and Caller was asking for all my vital details -telling he was completing a questionnaire to ensure my PPI claim go

I called this number back it is an automated service to confirm a hospital appointment at either James paget hospital or beccles hospital
just the uber eats driver to confirm my postcode, he confirmed it was him too when he arrived and told me the question he asked on the phone, seems to be safe

Called to arrange windscreen replacement, all fine. Called back two days later to ask me about my insurance. I had already explained the vehicle is non-UK and fully insured elsewhere. They insisted in asking what company and if I wanted to claim through them. They didn t seem to understand that I was claiming separately.
