Silent call
Repeated nuisance calls. Will not take the hint that we will not be buying from them again. Oh, and I m not chuffed that they consider it s OK to bring a bunch of people into the back garden without permission to look at the windows they installed over 15 years ago. Trespass. Not cool.
Call came through on my landline no. from AMAZON Prime supposedly. Female automated voice said that my Prime subscription had just been renewed at yearly cost of £79.99. Then a human female voice (call centre?) clicked onto the line, she said “Amazon, how can I help you?” I told her I didn’t need her help and terminated the call. I don’t have a Prime subscription, but checked my Amazon account just to make sure no money had been taken. All was ok. Had 2 silent calls from this same no. earlier today.
