I received a cold call from a claims firm. The individual had inaccurrate information about me which I challenged. The individual became angry so I suggested I should speak to a supervisor. The supervisor then who couldn't cope with basic questionning how they received information and why they think I have a claim. The supervisor was getting a little irritated with my questions and I reminded him his firm rang me. He then hung-up. I like to think I kept them on the line long enough to spare at least one p

Answered call which then played pre-recorded message purporting to be about amazon prime renewal and to press 1 if I didn't wish to renew. I asked the caller how he had my number as it wasn't the one associated with my amazon account (it was but knew I was being played) - he then told me to f£&@ off you f&£@£)£ idiot and hung up.
