Spam I think. Automated voice told me police were coming to get me because of dodgy actions on my NI number... I hung up, tried calling back, number disconnects you straightaway
SCAM - claimed to be o2 with me offering a discount, needed to send me 2 text messages and give them a code. They are trying to get you to give them the code then they can simswap you.
Scammers calling about national insurance number fraud (or something like that). The recorded message at the start may be frightening to some people, so be aware this is a SCAM. I pressed 1 and spoke to somebody (Indian of course). He asked me my name and I said it is "BEN CHODE". He hung up immediately. You should do that if they call you.
